[TODD] There are a lot of real estate agents out there.
[SIMON] Good. That means a lot of locations to choose them.
[TODD] I'm going to make a list of the best locations, and then we can discuss the pros and cons 
of each places.
[SIMON] Todd, I have some concerns about this move.

[SIMON] Yeah. I like this location, too. I'll miss it.
[TODD] You're worried about what to say to your team?
[SIMON] Moving to a new location's a big deal.
[TODD] You're right. But the thing to do is be positive. Explain to them that this will save the company a lot of money. And what's good for the company is good for them.
[SIMON] That's true.
[TODD] Once we've decided on the new location, we talk about its good points. How convenient it is to get there. The good restaurants and parks nearby.
[SIMON] In other words, we make them see that it's a good thing.
[TODD] Exactly.
[SIMON] That location looks good.
[TODD] Yes, lots of businesses are moving across the river.

Grammar

1. Expressing worries and concerns

使用worry表达担心，该动词后常跟about+noun,或者that从句。

I worry about work when I get home at night.
I worry that we will not finish the project on time.

你也可以使用worried和concerned表达担心，这些形容词后也跟随about+noun,或者一个that从句。

I’m concerned about moving all the equipment.
He’s worried that the staff will react badly.

另外一种方式表达担心是have + concern。这种表达方式也是跟随about+noun，或者that从句。

He has some concerns about the staff.
We have some concerns that the move will be difficult.

2. Talking about advantages and disadvantages

使用advantage, disadvantage,pro, con谈论利弊。

What are the advantages and disadvantages of moving?
What are the pros and cons of moving?
One advantage is that we can find a cheaper place.
One con is that the staff loves this building.
