使用D3的资源库，有两种方式:
1.下载d3.js，并引用（没有网络的时候也可以使用，在
https://d3js.org/就可以下载）

以上代码demo.html放在文件D3JS中，下载的d3.zip也解压在这个文件夹，此处引用d3文件夹中的d3.js（另外解压得到的还有d3.min.js）
2.直接引用网络资源
