When the Titanic was sailing to New York , a lookout saw an immense iceberg. The ship was turned sharply just in time and sailed alongside the iceberg. As a slight trembling sound was heard from below, the captain went down and discovered five of the watertight compartment had already been flooded. When the order of abandon ship was given, every one jump overboard and 1,500 people of them were drowned because of the icy water.

Conclusion: Titanic sank rapidly – people in water – cries of despair – lifeboats moved away.
