AttributeError: module ‘cvxpy’ has no attribute ‘sum_entries’

• pip install cvxpy==0.4.9，对现有的cvxpy版本降级。

• 安装指定版本 pip install scipy==1.2.1. 看详情。其会自动卸载之前的版本。
