We recommend that you create 5 to 8 goals in the system:
− 2-4 goals in the categories "Business" and/or "People/Team"
− 1-2 Individual Development goals
− If your role/position requires it, you should also create 1 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) goal and/or 1 Safety goal
Remember: It is very important to select an accurate category for each goal. The selected category will affect other Talent Management processes (e.g., Individual Development goals are not considered during Annual Reflection assessment).
Please try to make your goals SMARTER: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound, Engaged, Resourced.
Milestones is an optional field, where you can describe steps for achieving a goal. It is recommended to use Milestones only for Individual Development goals.
Once the goals are approved, you can view/edit/modify/delete approved goals in the Goal Module throughout the year.
