what do you usually “focus”when learning English?

当你在学校的英文课上，你focus什么，考试？得到优良中差。 你 focus 老师对你的评价。 你的排名？这样你感觉开心还是紧张？
that is Not good， makes you learn slowly .
the relaxed students study batter and faster , batter everyting .
the stressed students are worse .
老师对你的评价让你紧张，考试的压力让你紧张，你不要去focus it .

the things that you should not focus :

1.Don’t focus the problem that you have.

可能，so many students focus on problems , 可能你会说，我的发音不好，我的语法不好，当然！你当然会这样，因为你是学生，你正在学习，你遇到问题是正常的啊！谁都会遇到问题，take it easy!

2.Don’t focus the past of yours.

可能， many students focus on the past ,(你的过去).it was terrible , 你可能感觉好多年都让你不能改变，但是过去不能影响未来，可能是你过去的方法不好，不要去沿用以前的做法。so ,don’t focus the past.

The things that you should focus :

1.focus on the final resust everyday,focus on your success.

想象你自己喜欢英语。想想你实现目标会是什么情况。

2.focus on your reason of learning English.

虽然你在高中或者学校学习英语的最终原因是考试，这让你感到紧张，感到压力。改变一下，仔细想想为什么要考试，可能你是想以后找一个好工作，这会不会让你充满动力呢？有好工作，有好朋友，有money！

3.focus the thing that makes you happy ! write down, make a list !
