Description

ORA-7445 [PH2CSQL_ANALYZE] may occur in an Active Data Guard instance
after a GRANT or similar DDL on the primary instance.
 
This fix must be applied on the standby instance(s).
 
Bug 11854279addresses a similar symptom but with different cause.
It is recommended to get both fixes.

ORA-7445 [ph2csql_analyze()] may occur in an Active Data Guard instance
due to a synonym object's translation table being stale.
