"OpenCV_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above files. If "OpenCV"
provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has been
installed.

 

开始没看懂，折腾好久，，

好了发现这段话意思是找到OpenCVConfig.cmake或者opencv-config.cmake所在目录作为OpenCV_DIR的目录，改好了，就ok.
