Kernel Preempt

在CONFIG_PREEMPT打开的情况下:

#explicit preempt:
Call schedule()
#Implicit preempt
1. The kernel return from interrupt
2. The kernel return from the code that preemption is disabled.
How to adjust the preemption is disabled:
the tsk->preempt_count is > 0.
When the _lock_ functions are called, the tsk->preempt_count++, _unlock_ functions are called, tsk->preempt_count++
