android文件操作

android的文件操作分为两部分，首先是文件的存放位置。存放位置分为两种，手机自带的存储设备和SDCard。其次是文件的操作方式，分为私有，追加，其他应用可读，其他应用可写。追加的方式也是私有的。然后追加，其他应用可读，其他应用可写这三种方式可以叠加。
