ncnn的安装方法：

把protobuf-root-dir 换成你的硬盘地址。

download protobuf-3.4.0 from https://github.com/google/protobuf/archive/v3.4.0.zip
> cd <protobuf-root-dir>
> mkdir build-vs2017
> cd build-vs2017
> cmake -G"NMake Makefiles" -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=%cd%/install -Dprotobuf_BUILD_TESTS=OFF -Dprotobuf_MSVC_STATIC_RUNTIME=OFF ../cmake
> nmake
> nmake install

配置环境变量：

export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/protobuf/bin/ export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/protobuf/lib/pkgconfig/

 

directory containing Boost or BOOST_INCLUDEDIR to the directory containing
Boost's headers.

 

Could NOT find GFlags (missing: GFLA
