TCP/IP model: link(phsical link, cable),network(send data from one node to another ,fiber cable, extened, routers, IP), transport(TCP, UDP protocol), application (defines)

UDP: packet length + check sum; source and destination ports

   unreliable:loss, out of orderness possible 

two ports:

UDP: send data to specify IP, don't care wheather the destination is received or not, or in order.

application :  online video, games, VoIP.

TCP: packet length+sum check, qeuqence number,reliable.

send package-->wait to receive ack. in Timer, if not , send again.

 Problems:Congestion

Start the echo server and create a UDP object.
