conda使用清华镜像加快下载速度

pypi的国内镜像源：

conda使用清华镜像

首先打开Anaconda Prompt，切换到自己的虚拟环境。之后分别输入以下三条命令执行：
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/main/
conda config --set show_channel_urls yes

去这里下载好bz2的压缩文件，然后conda install --use-local <bz2文件的名字>
