批评会 blamestorming

近几年来，brainstorming（头脑风暴）这个词似乎在各个场合都很受欢迎。学生做作业要用到，员工做项目更要用到，甚至工作中出了差错要找出罪魁祸首的时候也要用到，只不过这个时候brain变身成了blame。既然没有人愿意承认是自己的错，那咱们就集体认错吧。

Blamestorming is a method of collectively finding one to blame for a mistake no one is willing to confess to. Often occurs in the form of a meeting of colleagues at work, gathered to decide who is to blame for a screw up.

Blamestorming（批评会）是针对某个没人愿意承认的错误，将众人集中起来找出责任人的一种方式。Blamestorming一般以会议的形式将一起工作的同事聚集起来，然后共同决定谁该是批评的对象。

Colleagues debating why a deadline was missed and who was to blame are said to be blamestorming. 同事们争论为什么工作没有按时完成，谁该为这事负责时，他们就是在开“批评会”。
