pcDuinoV3烧写指南！

拿到板子的时候真的很高兴，是一个活动提供的，Free啊。A20的CPU 板载4Gflash 有网口WiFi，配置很爽。

不过刷系统的时候有点坑人，高级技术人员让我找技术支持，到QQ群找技术支持，给了个诡异的连接搞不懂哦。

可能是版本更新快，技术支持跟不上。吐槽完毕，东西还是可以的。（拿人钱财的总还是说两句好话，板子确实可以。）

其实就2步刷nano系统：1、烧内核，我用PhoenixCard_V309.zip加pcduino3_a20_kernel_livesuit_20140721.img内核。示意图内核文件自己下。

2、用fat32格式的U盘，装ubuntu文件系统。注意我遇到了u盘不认得情况（格式化为Fat32也不行），赶紧换一个就是。

It involves two steps: 1) install linux kernel and 2) install Ubuntu.

1. Update Linux kernel to flash:

(1) Download the right kernel image

There are two different files available. If you use the LiveSuite or Phonexcard tool, please download the file https://s3.amazonaws.com/pcduino/Images/2013-05-31/pcduino_a10_kernel_livesuit_20130529.img

Alternatively, if you use the Win32DiskImager in Windows PC or dd in Linux, please download the file https://s3.amazonaws.com/pcduino/Images/2013-05-31/pcduino_a10_kernel_disk32imager_20130529.img

(2) Copy the kernel image file to the microSD card (microSD needs to be formated as FAT) using the chosen tool above

(3) Plug the microSD card and power on the board. When the board starts to burn image file from SD card to flash, the TX LED will blink slowly. Wait about one minute, if the kernel is updated successfully, the board will be reboot and ready for the update of Ubuntu in the next step.

Note: Power on the device and then insert the micro-SD card or USB flash disk." Otherwise - at least on my pcDuino - the microSD card will not be found.

2. Install Ubuntu to flash:

(1) Download the Ubuntu OS image from

(2) Please unzip it to get two files like these:

- Update.sh: shell script for Ubuntu update

- Ubuntu_xxx.img: image file for Ubuntu

(3) Copy the two files to micro-SD card or USB flash disk. Plug the micro-SD card or USB flash disk to pcDuino and power on the device.

If the TX LED starts to blink fast and RX LED always stays on, it indicates the Ubuntu is being burned to internal flash. Wait until both TX LED and RX LED blink slowly. It indicates that the Ubuntu is burned to internal flash successfully. Otherwise, if both TX LED and RX LED blink very fast, the Ubuntu is failed to burn to flash. If so, please make sure that you have the two files unzipped in step (2)in your disk and redo this step. This step usually takes around 10 minutes so be patient.
