把find_element方法封装，循环查找，返回element，如果异常，等待2秒，打印异常信息，如果10次循环结束仍未找到元素，就在向上抛出未找到元素。

            if idOrXpath.startswith('/'):
                ret = driver.find_element_by_xpath(idOrXpath)
