         Joinin ROMQA team half a year and  get alongwell with the team members and actively study with them, timely summarize andreview the knowledge carries on .

         Responsiblefor HP Proliant series server BIOS test work, responsible for HP Proliant BL685c G7 BIOS test of the concreteimplementation and BL685cAD Speed Bump BIOS test of the concrete implementation.Finish the test task ontime, found the existing issue, summarizes the problems in the test,  communicate the test result with the seniortest engineer  and solve the technicalproblems on time during the testing.

        AssistProject leader for Project management and issue tracking, timely update andrespond  the issue in ITT and QUIX,andthe known issue long-term constant effective tracking.

        AssistProject leader on the premise of Brix2 BIOS test preparatory work, through thereading Project SPEC, understand the new Project BIOS of the specific functiondemand, and make BIOS test plan. Participate in new project core team meeting,assist the project leader and project EPM/SWPM/PMC to communicate.

         Summarizethe test skill which can apply on other projects.

         Goon tracking and updating and respond the issue efficiently

         Reviewingthe SPEC of Brix2 and go on the Brix2 BIOS testing and Carbondale test

         Findout the difference bettwen the different generation project such as the testitems and test skill.

         Summarizea document that which projects are the same platform and run the same code sothat verify the paltform issue in different project quickly.

         everyinformation or mail about the project maybe CC to the test engineer,especiallythe new project,their should know the developments about the project anytime.

         Continuethe Skidrow ROM test if necessary and learn the 100 series Proliant server romtest in spare time.

         Findthe issue as more as possible and timely update and respond the issue as soonas possible.
