openface 训练自己的训练集

采集了一些数据集，现在需要做的是将它统一尺寸剪裁

这一步让我踩了很多坑，其实同一尺寸的英文应该是

这一步的py文件是align_dataset.py我这里用的是align_dataset_mtcnn.py
