Working with Lists

You can customize a list to display the information you need. Create quick charts from the list to visualize data.

A. Select rows per page and choose your option from the list. Note that choosing a large maximum for a list with many columns may impact performance.

A. Click the menu icon in the title bar to display the list controls menu.

B. Select Show and choose the maximum number of rows to display per page.  Note that choosing a large maximum for a list with many columns may impact performance. 

 

Personalizing Which Columns Display - List v3

You can personalize a list to customize which columns you see. Personal list customizations do not affect what other users see in their lists.

A. Select Personal List Columns from the list title menu icon in the top corner of the list.

B. Select or deselect options from the Available column list.  Drag and drop the Selected columns to move to the preferred order.

A. Click the personalize list icon in the top corner of the list.

B. Add, remove, or reorder list columns.  

 

Creating Charts

You can create quick bar and pie charts to analyze data in a list.

A. Create a bar chart - Click the list context menu button by a column heading and select Bar Chart.

B. Create a pie chart - Click the list context menu button by a column heading and select Pie Chart.
