What is my plan?

First I need to know what is I want to have. After several day's thinking, I think I need a kind of ability which can be used to complete self-realization.

I am a software engineer with four yeas j2E develop experience . But now I want to become a expert on mobile develop.

Mobile develop include three fields ,for example,Android ,IOS, and some cross platform framework.What's more, I'd like to work in a thinking foreign company. I need to contact more information about mobile internet.So I have a study plan in 1 year.Good English ability is necessary. There technology such as HTML5,javascript,CSS are the basic.

I also need to lean android and IOS native technology. Okay , that's all.
