主要思路基本一致，只是实现细节各有优劣

Chroma suppression decreases the chroma (Cb,Cr) values of the very dark and very bright areas.

Dark areas of an image should generally be black, but chroma noise can add unwanted color artifacts.

Chroma suppression helps remove or reduce these color artifacts.

Bright areas in an image sometimes appear with a slight color tint that can be caused by incorrect

white balance or tinting in the lens. Chroma suppression removes or reduces color tints. Bright areas with high chroma values are not affected.

最后经过：

Cr=(Cr-128)*R_overall+128;

Cb=(Cb-128)*R_overall+128;

对饱和度进行调整抑制色噪。
