解决思路：
1.查看是否缺少依赖项：
需要确保在项目中包含了 spring-boot-starter-web 依赖，这个依赖会自动配置一个嵌入式的 Servlet 容器。

对于 Maven 项目，在 pom.xml 中添加：

    <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
    <artifactId>spring-boot-starter-web</artifactId>
</dependency>

2.检查主类配置问题(很重要)
确保主类上带有 @SpringBootApplication 注解，并且不要排除任何相关的自动配置：

3.版本兼容性问题：
