1.设置虚拟环境

2.在虚拟环境中下载pytorch

 好多文章会说在清华镜像里下载会快，但是会出问题，这里直接下载就可以，速度也不是很慢

若出现一下情况，可以换各网络重新尝试：我用校园网就报错，用自己的热点就解决啦！！！
