用pip install 命令行下载类库时出现’ The read operation timed out’怎么办？

此时就要用到镜像下载了，国内好用的镜像源如下：
阿里云 http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple
中国科技大学 https://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple
豆瓣(douban) http://pypi.douban.com/simple
清华大学 https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
中国科学技术大学 http://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple

操作命令如下(以清华镜像下载python pandas包为例）：
pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple pandas

若是镜像下载依旧出现time out 字样，那就修改判定超时的时间，命令如下（例子同上）：
pip --default-timeout = 100 install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple pandas

pip命令的更多打开方式就自己去摸索吧，命令如下：
