Steps创建步骤

1. administrator creates an inspection template 管理员创建模板
2. administrator associates and published inpsection to a service task type 管理员关联inspection 到服务任务类型
3. dispatcher adds the service task type to a work order 分配这添加service tasks到工单
4. technician completes the inspection 技术人员完成inspection
5. view the inspection results 查看inspection 结果。

创建inspection 模板

需要以下内容

1. Name for the inspection
2. descriptioni
3. page title
4. page descriptioin

以下question types可用

• textbox 
• checkbox, radiogroup, dropdown
• entitly lookup
• number
• date time
• file
• Matrix(Dynamic)

Associate inspection

关联inspection到work order

关联到以下

• a service task type 服务任务
• an incident type事件类型
• a work order 工单
• with customer assets 与客户资产

inpsect multiple assets at a customer location

• create one inspection with multiple questions 一个inspection创建多个问题
• create multiple work order service task 一个inspection创建多个工单服务任务

impromptu inspections 

可以不需要工单，直接添加inspections到关联设备。

security roles

• field service - administrators 创建inspection 模板，并关联到service task types.
• field service - dispatchers 添加带有inspection的service tasks 到工单
• field service - resources 查看带有inspections被分配到的工单

inspections in the mobile app

结束时，技术人员选择mark complete. 或者complete百分比到100.

如果需要的问题不被回答，则无法mark complete.

Analyze inspection response

分析inspection反馈

存储在Microsoft Dataverse, 数据以JSON文件存储。

 Settings > General > Field Service Settings.
