offline configuration

Field Service Mobile app offline

1. set up an offline profile 设置离线资料 Users + permissions > Mobile configuration.
   1. table
   2. fillters
   3. relationships
2. add users to the offline profile 
3. publish the offline profile
4. add the offline profile to the Field service mobile model-driven app.

barcode scanning and global search

barcode scanning二维码扫描的好处

• enter a field with the barcode value to ease data entry
• search the database for records that match the barcode for easy lookup

mobile版本支持二维码扫描功能，但是不是默认设置的。需要配置。

设置配置步骤：

1. enable relevance search 设置相关性搜索
   1. enable relevance search in your environment
   2. enable th new relevance search experience
   3. define the tables for relevance search
   4. configure searchable fields for relevance search.
2. add barcode field to form  添加条码扫描功能到form

Audit locations

一线员工一天要去多个地点，schedulers and dispatchers需要知道一线员工的位置这样才能安排work order. 当紧急情况发生时，可以看到最近的员工然后分派工单。

配置位置追踪的步骤：

1. enable location tracking 打开位置追踪 
   1. Enable Location Tracking to Yes
   2. enter a Refresh interval between 60 and 300 second
   3. three location tracking events
      1. on sign-in 登录
      2. on move 从出发地离开> 800米，追踪信息会按照设置好的间隔时间被创建， （60s 默认设置）
      3. on stop after moving -  用户来到一个固定的地方，更多追踪记录会被记录。
      4. 其他，可以设置追踪的时间区间，如果是在个人手机设备安装mobile app, 只在上班时间追踪一线员工的信息。
2. allow Field Service Mobile to access the worker's location 允许Field service 移动端有权限获取一线员工的位置
   1. don't allow
   2. allow once - 第二次仍然会跳出来。（跟平时手机app的设置一致）
   3. allow while using app
3. verify the location tracking is being displayed. 验证位置追踪正确现实。

Configure push notification

push notification的好处

• notify workers when they've been assigned a booking 通知预定信息
• remind workers to enter important business data 提醒员工填写重要信息

prerequisites前提

1. installed Microsoft Power Automate
2. download the dynamics 365 field service app
3. provide consent for notification in your device's setting for the Field service mobile app
4. reviewed the privacy notes Field Service push notifications.

Create a push notification 创建消息提醒

1. Create and define when to trigger the flow 创建触发流程的条件
2. identify the bookable resource who is assigned to the booking 识别可预订的资源
3. define the condition 定义条件
4. identify the Field Service Mobile user to notify 识别要通知的移动端用户
5. Get additional information  获取额外信息
6. Call the push notification action 调用消息推送功能
7. View in the mobile app. 在移动端查看。

Identify the bookable resource assigned to the booking

• an internal user
• an independent contract
• a facility
• a piece of equipment that can be used to complete  to a work order

Get a row ID 来识别要通知用户

Create a condition to isolate only resources that are users

Identify the Field Service Mobile user to notify

Call the push notificatioin action
