vasp6.3.2安装教程

you will solve most installation problems if you pay attention to the website, but some details should be noticed.

• source ~/intel/oneapi/setvars.sh 这个代码中的 "~/intel "可能对于每个人不一样。
  • 安装intel在“/home/suixin/Desktop/soft‘’ 我写的指令为:source /opt/intel/oneapi/setvars.sh
  • 后面指令同理： **cd /opt/ **intel/oneapi/mkl/2024.1/share/mkl/interfaces/fftw3xf  ——加星为修改
  • **source /opt/**intel/oneapi/setvals.sh  ——配置vasp环境， 建议直接放入 gedit ~/.bashrc 打开的文件末尾，系统自动启动
• 环境变量的添加
  • 第一个网址写的不是很详细 对于打开他给出的是这个source ~/.bashrc， 我建议是用gredit ~/.bashrc 把下面指令塞进去。export PATH=$PATH:/home/wliu/DFT/vasp.6.3.2/bin 后面加粗这一部分实际上就是你安装vasp的位置下的bin文件下
• 其余的一个问题：HYD_spawn (../../../../../src/pm/i_hydra/libhydra/spawn/intel/hydra_spawn.c:170): execvp error on file vasp
  • 对于这个问题，出现的主要原因是因为提交指令 ：mpirun -np 4 vasp_std （一般需要配置环境才能启动，即上面那个代码）
    还有当时 我写的提交指令为 mpirun -np 4 vasp 导致其找不到vasp运行文件。后面最后一项其实是vasp运行文件，你需要给到其地址例如我的：“/home/suixin/Desktop/soft/vasp.6.3.2/bin/vasp_std”. 我之前的属于指明文件错误。
