    api_version——获取当前python内部版本号
    argv——接收脚本参数
    copyright——获取python脚本信息
    exit——退出系统   正常退出：exit(0)          异常退出：exit(1)
    getdefaultencoding——获取默认编码(版3：utf-8）
    getfilesystemenconding——获取系统编码
    getrecursionlimit——获取python递归限制层数
    setrecursionlimit——重新设置递归限制层数（慎用）
    getwindowsversion——获取窗口版本信息
    version——获取版本信息
    getrefcount(对象)——获取对象的引用计数，默认又一次引用计数
    python垃圾回收机制：
        引用计数为主，以标记清除和分代收集为辅
