首段

首段第一句

1. 随着…变得越来越…, 许多人开始重视…的问题/现象。

	With ...becoming increasingly + adj, people in significant numbers begin to 
	pay due attention to the issue/phenomenon of ... . 

2. 现在，众所周知，… 在我们的生活中起到了越来越重要的作用。

At present, it is commonly believed that ... can play an 
increasingly important role in our routine life.

3. 随着…的快速发展，…引起人们的普遍关注。

With ... developing rapidly, ... has/have aroused/sparked 
people's widespread concern.

4.最近/目前，…的问题引发人们的争议。

At present, the matter of ... has aroused people's dispute/controversy.

首段第二句

1. 人们对…的观点因人而异，有些人认为… ，然而其他人认为… 。

People's views towards ... vary from person to person.
Some people hold that ... while others harbor the opinion that ... .

2.毫无疑问，… 给我们带来了很多好处，但同时也带来了很多弊端。

It can be said with certainty that ... has brought 
a large number of benefits/advantages, but meanwhile numerous 
drawbacks/disadvantages to us.

3.当提到/关于/涉及到 …，很多人认为…, 然而有人持相反观点。

As far as ... is/are, the vast majority of people harbor the opinion that ... .
Some people, however, claim that the opposite is true.

首段第三句

1. 就我而言，两种观点各有些道理，但我更倾向于前者/后者。

As far as I am concerned, 
there is probably some truth in both arguments,
but I lean toward the former/latter.

主体段

主体段第一句

1. 整体而言，有两个因素导致了这样的现象/问题/结果/现状/观点/说法。

Generally speaking, there exist a couple of factors which 
result in /give rise to the phenomenon/issue/consequence/statement.
(status quo---说法)

2.具体而言，这个现象/问题/结果/现状/观点/说法的背后有很多原因，其中，以下两点是最重要的。

Specifically speaking, there are numerous factors behind the above, 
among which the following two aspects should rank the top.

3.整体而言, 它的影响/意义主要体现在两个方面。

Generally speaking, the influence/significance of ... can be 
embodied/illustrated in the following two aspects. 

4.很明显，… 已经产生了很多重大影响。

It is remarkably obvious that ... has/have exerted a sea of significant impacts.

主体段第二句

1. 首先…, 换句话说…

On the first hand, ... .
In other words, ... .

**2.**一方面，…, 据调查，大约有百分之…的人会… 。

On one hand, ... .
According to a recent survey, approximately/about 85% of people would do sth.

主体段整合

尾段

尾段第一句

To sum up, under no circumstance should we ignore/overlook
 the + adj +effects of ... .

To sum up, ... may play an indispensable role in our routine life.

3.从以上讨论可以看出，我们确实应该重视 … 对我们所带来的影响。

From what has been discussed above, 
due attention should be paid to the influence of ... .

4.一言以蔽之，… 既给我们带来了很多好处，同时也产生大量弊端。

In a nutshell, there is no doubt that ... has both merits 
as well as demerits.

尾段第二句

1.到了我们该做… 的时候了。

“It is high time that + 时态：过去式”

如：It is high time that effective measures were taken/adopted 
to address this issue.

(1) It is high time that sb did sth .
(2) It is high time that sth were done to do sth.

2.我们不仅应该…, 而且应该… 。

Not only should we do sth, but also we should do sth.

如：Not only should we pay attention to the significance of ... ,
but also we should adopt effective measures to address the issue.

Not only is this phenomenon beneficial to ..., 
but also it contributes vastly to ... .
(这个现象不仅对...有好处，而且有助于... 。)

3.我们应该做的是…

what we are supposed to do is that ... .

4.对我们而言，最重要的是... 。

As for us, what matters most is that ... .

尾段第三句

1.只有这样，我们才能… 。

Only in this way can we ... .
