摘要

本文设计并实现了一个基于大数据技术的高考志愿填报推荐系统。该系统通过采集并分析历年高考数据、学生成绩数据、学校招生信息以及专业就业前景等多源异构数据，利用数据挖掘技术和机器学习算法，构建了学生个人兴趣与能力评估模型、高校与专业匹配度评估模型等，以提供精准的高考志愿填报建议。系统旨在帮助考生更科学地选择适合自己的高校和专业，提高志愿填报的满意度和成功率。实验结果表明，该系统能够有效提升推荐的准确性和个性化程度，为考生和家长提供了有力的决策支持。

Abstract

This paper designs and implements a college entrance examination volunteer filling recommendation system based on big data technology. The system collects and analyzes multi-source heterogeneous data such as historical college entrance examination data, student performance data, college admission information, and professional employment prospects. Utilizing data mining techniques and machine learning algorithms, it constructs models for assessing students' personal interests and abilities, as well as for evaluating the match between colleges and majors. The system aims to provide precise recommendations for college entrance examination volunteer filling, assisting candidates in selecting suitable colleges and majors more scientifically. Experimental results show that the system can effectively improve the accuracy and personalization of recommendations, providing strong decision support for candidates and their parents.
