hint: Updates were rejected because the tip of your current branch is behind （报错信息 ）

在github库中手动添加了readme文件，本地执行命令：

git add .
git commit -m "login and tasklist"
git push origin master                          // 出现如下的详细报错

详细报错信息：

解决方法：
（1）第一步命令

 git config branch.master.remote origin          

（2）第二步命令

 git config branch.master.merge refs/heads/master

（3）第三步命令

git pull                       // 出现让你对Readme进行修改，肯定不修改，先按esc键  然后输入:wq  
                               // 相当于保存并且推出                                     

（4）第四步命令

git push origin master          // 完成
