一、TextCnn模型训练

模型训练涉及三份代码。
第一份是textcnn的结构
第二份是数据处理
第三份是读取数据并训练,最后保存模型。
代码也可以在我的git上查看,git地址:https://github.com/marchmc/deep_learning/tree/master/main/textcnn

textcnn原理啥的就不介绍了,百度google一查一堆哈。

直接上代码。

当执行完训练的脚本后,我们会得到以下目录文件:

这个model文件夹里面的内容就是线上调用所需要的模型文件了。


二、tf serving的部署

在你的机子上安装个docker,docker安装教程:https://www.runoob.com/docker/centos-docker-install.html。
其中如果设置仓库有问题,可以用阿里云的仓库。
装好docker好,我们就开始下载tf serving的镜像了。在命令行输入以下代码:

docker pull tensorflow/serving

查看镜像,在命令行输入:

docker images

这个时候我们就可以看到下面图片红框显示,证明成功了。

最后进入模型文件model的上一级目录:

在命令行输入:

8501端口可以自己搞,不一定要一样。

如果成功,则出现下面截图的内容:

离成功就剩下最后一步了,坚持住。


三、在线调用

由于在这个textcnn中,每个实例的预测都是带有两个参数,myInput 和 input_dropout_keep_prob 。所以要带上这个两个key。
我用的测试例子是在neg文件取了一句:it’s so laddish and juvenile , only teenage boys could possibly find it funny .
然后用word2id转换下,变成数值向量如下。

word到id的转换可以看下git的trans_word2id.py文件。

转换好后,我们如下的调用命令:

predictions 就是 0,也就是neg类型。
