生物活性：Golimumab (CNTO-148) 是一种有效的人 IgG1 TNFα 拮抗剂单克隆抗体。 Golimumab 具有抗炎活性并抑制 IL-6 和 IL-1β 的产生。 Golimumab 通过靶向和中和 TNF 来预防炎症和软骨和骨骼的破坏。 Golimumab 具有抗癌活性并诱导细胞凋亡。戈利木单抗可用于类风湿性关节炎、克罗恩病和癌症研究[1][2][3]。 

体外：Golimumab (CNTO-148)（0.1-10 μg /mL；24-72 小时；跨膜 TNFα 转染的 Jurkat 细胞）诱导跨膜 TNFα 表达细胞的活力降低[1]。
Golimumab (CNTO-148)（10 μg /mL；48 小时；跨膜 TNFα 转染 Jurkat 细胞）诱导细胞凋亡，增加活性 caspase-3 的水平并诱导细胞凋亡 DNA 片段化[1] .

体内：Golimumab (CNTO-148)（24 mg/kg；ih；每天一次，持续 7 天；瑞士白化健康雄性小鼠）抑制氧化应激、凋亡细胞死亡炎症反应，从而改善肾功能。 Golimumab 可减少所有肾损伤标志物并减轻细胞死亡[2]。
Golimumab (CNTO-148)（1-10 mg/kg；ip；每天；持续 4 周；Tg197 转基因mouse model) 在人类小鼠模型中减轻 TNFα 诱导的关节炎[3]。
