I admit that I lead an irregular life, and know that this lifeway make against health.
After arriving home, I often feel a little tired and go to bed soon, and wake in the time after
midnight
. I become energetic and responsive again. What will you do at that time? Maybe we ought to continue to sleep. However, it is a waste of time for me to lie in the bed with an active brain; I will fall into much thinking if I still lie there.
Thinking too much is of no effect. Things are not as hard as we expected, when we try to do. It is very efficient to do everything after a beauty sleep. I like writing in the stillness of the night, either in social language or in machine language. With an elaborate design, and a hard and fast implement, everything will be OK.
Certainly, I can’t keep crazy for writing anytime; I need relax and have some fun. Then it is a good idea to read a biography, or to listen to a meaningful story by radio, even to watch a comedy. I feel a little lonely, but interesting.
