源码 Dialog 的 window 创建过程

dialog # 
1、创建 window
2、初始化 decorview 并将 dialog 的视图添加到 decorview 中
3、将decorView 添加到 window中并显示
注意：
1、普通 dialog 必须采用 activity 的 context。
如 采用 application 的context 会报错（token null is not for an application ....）
2、系统 window 比较特殊 ，不需要 token，
dialog.getWindow().setType ( LayoutParams.type_system_error)

权限 “ android.permission.system_alert_window”
