A letter of resignation

Dear boss wang,

I inform you that I shall resign as editor of the magazine on November 5, one month from today.

I have enjoyed working with you and other staff over the past two months. However, due to my own reasons, I cannot continue to do this job. I have to go to another city for the sake of my family. I think I have gained valuable experience which will be very helpful in my future work.

Of course, I'd be happy to spend the rest of my time helping train my replacement. If he had any problems with his work afterwards, I would be happy to come back and help.
