EBS应付发票创建科目很慢问题处理

参考文档R12 AP: Online Invoice Validation Is Having Slow Performance (Doc ID 1682914.1)
在FORM界面点创建科目按钮后会直接卡死，原因是SLA：启用诊断 这个配置文件配置的 是，导致产生了大量日志。
处理方式是把SLA：启用诊断 改成 否
然后删除日志表

truncate table xla.XLA_DIAG_SOURCES;
truncate table xla.XLA_DIAG_EVENTS;

The SLA: Enable Diagnostics profile option should only be used to investigate a specific problem.
It does not need to be enabled always. This profile option inserts data into
the XLA_DIAG_SOURCES and XLA_DIAG_EVENTS tables which keep the diagnostic data.
Once the diagnostic data has been given to support on an issue, there is no reason to
keep this information and there is no need to keep the profile option enabled.

1. The tables can be truncated by the DBA. Truncating a table is faster,
   because the data in the table is not written to a rollback segment first. This
   also means that the data is deleted without a backup.

truncate table xla.XLA_DIAG_SOURCES
truncate table xla.XLA_DIAG_EVENTS

2. Disable the profile option:

SLA: Enable Diagnostics = No ( at all levels )

3. Re-test the issue.
