打开PWM组件
修改board.h的宏
这里注意移植的时候要将HAL_TIM_Base_MspInit函数名改为HAL_TIM_PWM_MspInit
修改board.c,在文件最后增加以下内容(因为用的是PA15所以要这个函数HAL_MspInit)
