A painless solution for

• Block based UIImagePickerController delegate in ARC
• Resizing images, taking into account orientation and scale

Requires iOS5
Copy the EssentialImager folder
Set -fno-objc-arc compiler flag on EDStorageManager and EDStorageOperation
Import EssentialImager.h
