anaconda3安装完成后，pip命令无法执行，提示importing _openssl: 找不到指定的模块

问题描述：win11系统安装好anaconda3之后，在系统环境变量path中只配置了anaconda3对应的安装路径和它里面的scripts文件的路径。运行pip命令时安装jieba包时出错提示：

原因：错误信息说明，SSL证书存在问题，并且anaconda3中Python的SSL模块不可用。导致pip无法连接到https://pypi.org来安装jieba包。

解决：查找发现anaconda3自带的opensll.exe可执行文件在其安装路径下的\Library\bin路径里面，所以需要把这个路径也添加到系统环境变量path之中。添加环境变量之后（图中黄色标注的路径），即可正常使用pip命令了。
