混合型期刊，可以OA（需要缴费），也可以传统方式出版。

最多只有一次小修机会，或者直接接收。网上说平均审稿周期是2.7个月。

1.SPL期刊模板下载位置

https://template-selector.ieee.org/secure/templateSelector/publicationType

输入期刊名，就可以看到 latex 和 word 的模板。其他IEEE期刊模板下载同样操作即可。

2.论文撰写中的一些主要注意事项

稿件的PDF文件，使用双栏、单倍行距格式，4页内容，第5页只能写参考文献。

1. 不得超过四页的内容，包括标题;作者姓名及其详细联系方式；摘要;文本;所有图像，图表和表格，附录和证据；禁止重叠的文字、数字。第五页仅供参考文献。
2. 对于5页最大页面限制，每个EIC都不存在例外情况，并且根据EIC提交的信件不能选择支付超长页面费用。
3. 双列版本最低为5页或更短的单行距（2列）PDF，使用10磅或更大的字体大小，所有边的边距至少为1英寸。按照给定的latex模板来即可。

3.投稿流程

注意一些重要说明：

请先上载格式化的双栏单行 PDF 文件-PDF 文件专用名称（Formatted (Double Column) Main File - PDF Document Only）。这是唯一的文件，应该给予这个名称。

不再要求提交单栏，双倍行距文章。但鼓励提交。

PDF 不能超过4页的技术信息，第5页仅供参考。没有例外，也没有选择支付超长费用。

请不要包括作者简介。作者简历不允许出现在 SP-Letters。

PDF 中列出的作者数量也必须与 ScholarOne 中列出的作者数量相匹配。

第三次提交不允许在 SP-L。如果您的重新提交已被拒绝两次以前，我们不能考虑您的手稿同行审查。

3.3   选择研究内容所属分类

All submissions must be classified by the author with an EDICS (Editors’ Information Classification Scheme) selected from the list of EDICS published online at the SPL EDICS page. Upon submission of a new manuscript, please choose the EDICS categories that best suit your manuscript. Failure to do so will likely result in a delay of the peer review process.

注意：上述操作都在SPL的个人中心操作。

5. 缴费说明-传统方式出版或者OA（需缴费）

The IEEE Signal Processing Letters is a hybrid journal, allowing either Traditional manuscript submission or Open Access (author-pays OA) manuscript submission. The article processing charge (APC) for OA is USD $2,495with discounts available for SPS and IEEE members: SPS members will receive a 20% discount on their open access APC and those who are IEEE members, but not members of individual IEEE societies or councils, will receive a 5% discount on their open access APC. 

IEEE信号处理快报是一种混合期刊，允许传统手稿提交或开放获取（作者付费OA）手稿提交。OA的文章处理费（APC）为2495美元，SPS和IEEE成员可享受折扣：SPS成员的开放访问APC将获得20%的折扣，而IEEE成员，但不是单个IEEE协会或理事会的成员，将获得开放访问APC 5%的折扣。
