i.MX RT1176 简单介绍

The chip supports only the Little Endian mode.

• CPU:
  Arm Cortex-M7 - 1GHz (车规级最高800MHz)
  Arm Cortex-M4 - 400MHz

• OCRAM:
  M7 OCRAM: (512KB FlexRam + 128KB ECC) 默认256KB ITCM 和 256KB DTCM。可重新配置。
  M4 OCRAM: 256KB(LMEM 128KB RAM_L + 128KB RAM_Ubackdoor)。
  OCRAM1和OCRAM2: (512KB+ 64KB) + (512KB + 64KB)
  共2MB。

• 外部存储：
  2个双通道 Flexible Serial Peripheral Interface (FlexSPI)控制器。
  支持Serial NOR Flash、Serial NAND Flash、HyperFlash、HyperRAM、XCCELA 设备、FPGA设备。
