QCExplore.exe运行报错——dll文件(Error 5) 拒绝访问 Failed to open file for writing

问题描述：

使用QCExplorer.exe打开 http://192.168.1.113:8080/qcbin/start_a.htm 提示以上错误信息时，

 Following client components were not downloaded successfully:
1 . ReportViewerForTD.dll :(Error 5) 拒绝访问。Failed to open file for writing

2 . QTGrid.dll :(Error 5) 拒绝访问。Failed to open file for writing

3 . ArgsEditor.dll :(Error 5) 拒绝访问。Failed to open file for writing

4 . ConfigViewerForTD.dll :(Error 5) 拒绝访问。Failed to open file for writing

5 . CompStrgHelper.dll :(Error 5) 拒绝访问。Failed to open file for writing

解决方法：右键“QCExplorer.exe”，“属性”——>"兼容性"——>使用管理员身份打开，勾选“以管理员身份运行此程序”。
