摘 要：
信息化的价值让社会变得一次又一次的更加进步，那么在于传统制造行业来说，信息化更能够改变其业务逻辑、生产成本，实现降本增效的企业效果。企业资源计划可以说从传统的手工作业以及人为预测，最后到了信息化软件的价值方面，那么从生产制造以及仓储来说，通过企业资源计划能够合理的应用，将物资产品最低库存化，然后在企业的现金流基础之上，能够将现金流做到最大化。这就是信息化力量加持下的企业资源计划，不仅仅如此，各种行业中有许许多多这样常见的例子。市场的发展和企业之间的竞争在不断的加强，那么对于企业间的客户维护也应该有着非常重要的管理，传统的管理模式也仅仅只是在销售人员手上掌握着客户的信息，对于企业的管理层来说管理强度并不高。一量销售人员离职很可能发生丢客户的表现，如果能够利用CRM信息化系统的建设来改变这一问题，那将对企业的发展有着很重要的意义。如果能将上面的痛点按照用户需要的方式进行解决，而解决的方式又是通过科技的力量那将非常有用。本文还是使用JSP的方式来进行管理的，但在系统建设过程当中也考虑了许许多多信息安全的保护。

Design and implementation of ssm online CRM system

Abstract：The value of informatization makes the society become more progressive again and again. For the traditional manufacturing industry, informatization can change its business logic and production cost, and achieve the enterprise effect of cost reduction and efficiency increase. Enterprise resource planning can be said to be from the traditional manual operation and artificial prediction to the value of information software. In terms of production and storage, enterprise resource planning can be reasonably applied to minimize the inventory of materials and products, and then maximize the cash flow based on the cash flow of the enterprise. This is the enterprise resource planning supported by information power, not only that, there are many such common examples in various industries. With the development of the market and the intensifying competition between enterprises, the maintenance of customers between enterprises should also have a very important management. The traditional management mode only holds the information of customers in the hands of sales personnel, and the management intensity of enterprises is not high. A large number of salespeople are likely to lose the performance of customers when they quit. If the construction of CRM information system can be used to change this problem, it will be of great significance for the development of enterprises. If the pain points above can be solved in a way that the user needs, and the way to solve through the power of technology, that will be very useful. In this paper, the use of JSP way to manage, but in the system construction process also considered a lot of information security protection.
