修改Jupyter Notebook默认路径

在Anaconda安装文件夹下找到etc文件下，再找到jupyter文件夹，最后找到jupyter_notebook_config.json文件（比如D:\application\Anaconda3\etc\jupyter）做如下修改：

改完这一配置文件可能还不会生效，选择jupyter快捷方式（注意是新建环境下的jupyter）的属性，对属性中目标作如下修改：
