解决方案：

在pycharm安装或使用’conda install scikit-learn‘来安装scikit-learn包时，会出现以上错误，百度找不出原因，但使用pip安装就没有报错。

pip install scikit-learn

经过本人多次尝试，pip安装包出错率小于conda，所以安装各种包时，推荐用pip安装。
