 这个路径下没有my.ini文件，我以为要在这建my.ini文件，在网上找各种教程，然后各种不行，其实他在

这个目录下已经建了my.ini文件

只需要关闭你的mysql服务，然后修改里面的

这个样子带#号的都是注释可以删掉。

重启服务就可以添加中文了和查询中文了。
