解决方法

执行如下命令

sed -i s@/deb.debian.org/@/mirrors.aliyun.com/@g /etc/apt/sources.list
apt clean all
apt update -y
apt-get install default-libmysqlclient-dev build-essential pkg-config -y

成功解决！！
