解决：验证CUDA时为什么deviceQuery.exe运行闪退?

通过NVIDIA提供的 deviceQuery.exe 和 bandwidthTest.exe 来查看GPU的状态，两者均在安装目录的 C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\v11.3\extras\demo_suite文件夹中.
deviceQuery.exe和bandwidthTest.exe一打开就闪退，尝试用cmd打开时就拒绝访问了。

win+r 打开cmd黑窗口，

然后将exe文件拖到窗口中运行。
