innosetup打包的软件卸载时查询软件是否正在运行

Qt使用innosetup软件打包安装，卸载软件时检测软件是否正在运行，没有运行直接卸载，若正在运行中，则询问是否关闭软件后卸载，否为取消卸载，是为确认关闭卸载
直接在iss文件加入下面的code部分
